The landscape of NB is full of churches of all
sizes. From the lordly Cathedrals found in our larger cities to the
little rural ones. Many of the ones shown here are where there once
used to be riverside towns and landings in the days when the rivers were
the main form of transport. Many are well over 100 years old and
most still host a regular congregation.
In addition there are old graveyards, including
the "Loyalist Burial Ground" in Saint John, where you will find the resting
places of the original settler families.
